A graduate of HEC Paris and the Ecole des Mines, and a lawyer by background, Mohamed MANSOURI is responsible for developing ARPP's digital media remit, assisting digital players in ensuring that their advertising practices are compliant, and leading ARPP's legal teams on issues relating to digital advertising. He was behind the introduction of the Certificate of Responsible Influence in France and the eponymous Observatory based on AI. He is responsible for digital transformation and innovation, the development of the Information Systems, for which he oversaw the complete overhaul (almost 4,000 active users), the support teams, contracts and quality (ISO 9001 certification).
He is the author of a thesis on the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence in the regulation of advertising content (obtained with an "Excellent" grade and selected for the HEC Paris Foundation prize for "best professional thesis").
