Originating from Maine-et-Loire (Segré - Angers) where she grew up until the age of 18, Claire graduated from Sciences Po Paris. After working in sustainable food, circular economy, and impact event management, she launched "Les Pépites Vertes" in 2020, a media platform for young professionals in ecological transition to navigate towards sustainable careers. Since 2022, Les Pépites Vertes has become an impact-driven company with a mission to motivate the new generation to work for ecological transition through digital content and conferences for students. With a commitment to strengthening intergenerational connections to accelerate transition, the company enables "Pépites" to connect with economic and political decision-makers at various events (Rencontre Economiques d’Aix, The Arch, ChangeNOW...) to amplify their voices. Alongside her entrepreneurial activity, Claire is also a speaker and LinkedIn influencer. She is 28 years old.

What will surprise Follow Me's audience about your remarks?
The authenticity of what I say, the way I talk about my "partners" rather than my "clients," my energy that inspires action and commitment!

Why is the topic of responsible influence essential for creators today in 2024?
For two reasons:
The world is facing multiple crises, including climate and environmental challenges, and we need to collectively take action.
Creators & influencers are now a primary source of information for citizens, especially young people. This comes with responsibility. It is the role of creators, brands, and agencies to strive to disseminate ethical and fair content, as expected from more traditional sources of information (media/journalists).

How do you envision the evolution of this topic in 1 year?
In 2 years, the number of creators publishing on "classic" topics who have started commenting on engagement issues has multiplied exponentially. Of course, there are still influencers who continue ecocidal partnerships, but they are increasingly poorly received by critics. Even though those who criticize are few, they make a lot of noise, and the reputational risk on this subject (which is scientifically consensual) is a real risk for creators. So I think that in 1 year, this trend will continue. The question to ask is rather: who will invest to equip the new generation of creators to train on this subject? And how can we support initiatives that go in this direction?
